The Honda CR-Z or Compact Renaissance Zero is the latest hybrid from the Honda stable. Launched in February 2010 in Japan, the compact hybrid electric vehicle has been marketed by the Honda group as a ‘sport hybrid coupe’.  Smartly designed to blend the hybrid gasoline-electric powertrain with traditional features of a sports car, the CR-Z gives an excellent fuel economy of approx 31 MPG city and 37 MPG highway!

Powered by an a 1.5-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine with Integrated Motor Assist IMA, the CR-Z delivers both -  spirited performance and impressive fuel economy, a rarity in hybrid vehicles!  Sophisticated suspension, low center of gravity, wide tread and a low overall height contribute to the CR-Z's excellent handling.
